<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the region of adjoining non-heating part becomes larger, resulting in feeling of variation in temperature, if a plurality of flat heating bodies are arranged side by side, because the non-heating electrode is present outside in a conventional flat heating body. <P>SOLUTION: A heating body 1 comprises a first flexible resin layer 2 having electric insulation property, a pair of electrodes 4 and a PTC resistor 5 formed by printing on one side surface of the flexible resin layer 2, a second flexible resin layer 3 with electric insulation property which covers the surfaces of the pair of electrodes 4 and the PTC resistor 5, and a pair of feeding parts 6 formed at the ends of the pair of electrodes 4.
