PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gimbal structure optimizing a dynamic response mode with respect to an HDI interaction. SOLUTION: This gimbal structure includes: a pair of arms 20, with one end supported by a slider mounting pad 60 mounting the slider 100 thereon, being extended in the vertical direction so as to be away from the slider mounting pad 60 without overlapping each other; a connection bar 25 for connecting such a pair of arms 20; a pair of gimbal outriggers 40 adjacently arranged through a space 63 so as to interpose the slider mounting pad 60 in the horizontal direction; and a pair of conductive traces 30. The conductive traces 30 are extended along the space 63 without protruding from the gimbal outriggers 40 in the horizontal direction from one end connected to the slider 100 along a path to minimize the overlapped part of those of arms 20, connection bar 25 and gimbal outriggers.
