PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surveillance system in facility in which the installation height and installation angle of a camera can be varied automatically depending on an object. SOLUTION: A monitoring section 105a in facility specifies a person using each place in a facility and, based on the person thus specified, varies the installation height and installation angle of a camera 103 installed in a place used by that person in order to photo that person as an object.
