PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller capable of acquiring a MAC address without consuming quite large band resources for a VoWLAN system using access points of wireless LANs connected like meshes by wireless. SOLUTION: The communication controller 10 when negotiating by SIP to enable STAs 50 to communication with each other acquires a corresponding MAC address from IP addresses of the STAs 50 as a transmission source and a destination by referring to a proxy registration table storage unit. Then the communication controller 10 generates a report message associated with MAC address information and reports the message to the STAs 50 on the opposite sides of the STAs 50 as the transmission source and destination, or MAPs 40 corresponding to the STAs 50 by unicasting.
