PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address changing system for incoming permission capable of allowing a transmission side user to transmit a mail from a changed mail address to a user permitting the incoming even when the transmission side user changes the mail address, when incoming rejection is performed by registering incoming permission addresses in a server and allowing a mail from an unregistered address not to be received. SOLUTION: Processing for rewriting the incoming permission address in a storage part into a new mail address is performed by receiving the mail from the new mail address to a first communication terminal apparatus and obtaining mail address change information from the second communication terminal apparatus, after the mail address is changed into the new mail address in the second communication terminal apparatus.
