PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective case for portable electronic equipment in and out of which portable electronic equipment is easily put, and which has a cleaning function for a display part that the portable electronic equipment has. SOLUTION: The protective case 12 for portable electronic equipment has a cleaning member 14 which removes dirt stuck on a display means 8 of a camera 10 stored in the protective case 12 for portable electronic equipment in response to a predetermined manual operation when a user perform the predetermined manual operation.
