PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor for suppressing performance deterioration due to higher harmonic interference, by selecting the frequency of a clock so that the clock of a system and its higher harmonics do not interfere with a prescribed band. SOLUTION: This signal processor is provided with: an operating frequency decision part connected to external equipment for acquiring operation information as information relating to the operating status of external equipment, and for deciding a driving frequency, based on the operation information; a clock generation part for receiving frequency information including information relating to the determined driving frequency, and for generating and outputting the clock signal of the frequency which is substantially equal to the operating frequency based on the frequency information; an A/D conversion part for converting an analog signal including a burst signal part into a digital signal by sampling frequency which is substantially equal to the frequency of the clock signal, based on the clock signal; and a demodulation part for converting and outputting the sampling frequency of the digital signal, based on the clock signal, the frequency information, and the burst signal part included in the digital signal.
