PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath boiler cleaning method for safely, easily and effectively clean the inside of a bath boiler using a bath boiler detergent excelling in organic matter decomposing action, microorganism sterilizing action and membrane-like matter stripping action. SOLUTION: The bath boiler cleaning method comprises a cleaning implement installation process for allowing a bath boiler cleaning implement to abut on the wall surface of a bathtub to partition the bathtub inner side periphery of a bath water in/out hole into a predetermined volume in a state of the bathtub being filled with bath water up to the water level of submerging at least the bath water in/out hole, and a cleaning process A for cleaning the bath boiler by putting the bath boiler detergent A containing foamable sodium peroxide, into bath water partitioned by the bath boiler cleaning implement.
