PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small article storage portion forming structure for a vehicle, enabling movement (walking through) in a vehicle between a front seat and a rear seat, and capable of forming a small article storage portion on a floor panel between a driver's seat and a front passenger seat if necessary. SOLUTION: Both end projecting portions 33a, 34a of supporting bar 33, 34 equipped along tip end edge portions of sheets 4a, 4b drawn out from winding devices 3a, 3b incorporated in fore-and-aft two places under a floor of a space S part between the driver's seat and the front passenger seat 2, are inserted and locked into an engaging hole 12 formed on a seat side cover 11 (21) in the driver's seat 1 and the front passenger seat 2.
