PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device which quickly performing a switching operation in a short period of time when a plurality of operation groups are switched by a transmission member such as a slide cam, in which a plurality of punch members are reciprocated with a designated stroke. SOLUTION: The punching device comprises: the transmission member 50 for reciprocating at a designated stroke between a left end position and a right end position by a drive motor; and a cam means for moving up and down the plurality of punching member divided into first and second groups by the movement of the transmission member. The cam means operates the punching member of the first group by one-way rotation of the drive motor while the transmission member becomes a base point (home position) as an intermediate position between the left end position and right end position, and operates the punching member of the second group in the opposite rotation.
