PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently fasten a screwed nut to a screw with a spiral strip, and the screw for fixing a floor plate interposed between a rail and a sleeper to the sleeper. SOLUTION: In a socket unit 4, an inner socket 8 is integrally disposed in an outer socket 5, the head part 93 of the screw nail 9 is engaged with the inner socket, the outer socket 5 is engaged with the nut 90 screwed with the screw 9, and the screw 9 and the nut 90a are integrally rotated and fastened by rotating the outer socket. The outer socket 5 has a play in the rotational direction with respect to the inner socket 8 in such a state that the inner socket 8 is fitted to the head part 93 of the screw 9 so that the outer socket 5 is engaged with the nut 90a regardless of the phase of the nut 90a.
