PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor by which high fluid-mixing effect and substance-moving rate are obtained at a low rotation speed. SOLUTION: Plates of a stirring blade are spaced out, and a fluid passes through gaps of the stirring blade. The plate is inclined upward relative to the advancement direction of the stirring blade. A liquid is rotated by stirring, and at the same time, flows downward. Therefore the high fluid-mixing effect and the substance-moving rate are obtained at a low stirring speed.
