PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid discharging apparatus and a fluid containing apparatus which can agitate a fluid in a vessel for containing the fluid. SOLUTION: The fluid discharging apparatus 50 consists of adhesive packing passages 60A, 60B, switching valves 63A, 63B, an air-vent means 61 and an agitation means 70 for agitating an adhesive packed in an adhesive containing cylinder 23. The agitation means 70 consists of an agitation member 71 and a driving shaft 72. The driving shaft 72 is integratedly penetrated in the shaft 25 and the agitation member 71 is installed to the tip part 72A. The lower end part 72B of the driving shaft 72 is projected from the lower end part 25B of the shaft 25 to be drawn and the agitation member 71 is rotated through the lower end part 72B.
