PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate an ultrasonic vibrator and to improve atomizing ability. SOLUTION: In the atomizer, an atomizing ultrasonic vibrator 9 provided at the lower part of a tank 3 so as to make a vibration surface 10 almost in the perpendicular direction carries out atomization by reflecting ultrasonic vibration energy by a reflection part 12 to raise an atomizing liquid level.
