PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operative appliance for endoscopes capable of suppressing deviation of a coil strand and causing the plastic deformation of a tubular body in a case where a strong compressive force is applied to a coiled tubular body in a curved channel of the endoscope. SOLUTION: In a clip device 1 having the coiled tubular body 6 to be inserted into a bendable operative appliance insertion channel of the endoscope, the tubular body 6 is provided with a proximal side coil (a first coil) 10 having the spring constant per unit length of 15 N/mm-500 N/mm and disposed at the proximal side of the tubular body 6, and a distal end side coil 11 connected at the tip of the proximal side coil 10, having an inside diameter larger than the inside diameter of the proximal side coil 10, having the spring constant per unit length of 15 N/mm-500 N/mm, and having a spring constant different from the spring constant of the proximal side coil 10.
