PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a powder cosmetic material container for storing a powder cosmetic material such as a powder foundation and an applicator such as a powder puff, capable of preventing the cosmetic material from being scattered inside the container and in the periphery. SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic material container has an inner lid, and a cosmetic material storage compartment for storing the powder cosmetic material is formed under the inner lid. At least a part of a partition part constituting the cosmetic material storage compartment in the inner lid is made of an elastic material, and a number of slits penetrating in the vertical direction are formed in the partition part. By extending the partition part, the slits are opened to take out the powder cosmetic material. A thick part is continuously or intermittently formed on the cosmetic material storage compartment side of the partition part, and a plurality of slits, which are extended by pressing down the center of the partition part, are formed in the thick part in the direction crossing the direction of extension.
