PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mowing implement preventing small stones or the like from being scattered and surely reducing unmowed grass. SOLUTION: A mower 4 of the mowing implement has a couple of cutters 14 and 15 arranged at a prescribed interval in the front and rear direction. Each of the cutter 14 or 15 is constituted of a shaft 18 or 19 and a hammer knife 21 or 22 at the periphery thereof. A scattering-preventing means 17 for preventing the small stones or the like from being scattered is installed in the front side of a cutter case 12 storing the cutters 14 and 15. The cutter 14 arranged at the front side functions as a grass-raising means for raising the grass falling down in the front direction. The grass raised by the cutter 14 is surely cut by the cutter 15 at the rear side, rotating in the up-cut direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
