#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a lower support (3) formed by beams (1a-1d) coupled together at the ends. Vertical supports (7,9) are installed at the adjacent corners formed between the beams. Lower and upper horizontal bars (11,13) extend between the vertical supports, to support corresponding clamping units (29,31) at its intermediate portions. #CMT# : #/CMT# The upper clamping unit has side upper fixing templates (23,25) supported at the side ends of a template fixing arm (27). Side intermediate fixing templates (19) are installed at the intermediate portions of the vertical supports. Side lower fixing templates (15,17) are installed between the vertical supports and the corresponding beams of the lower support. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a bolster assembly jig; and (b) an assembly method for modular vehicle front end structure. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used during assembly of front end structure e.g. complete radiator support, cooling module, front bumper rail, upper support bracket, headlight assemblies, hood latch, release cable, hood latch, release cable, horn, four hood over-slam bumper of vehicle.
