A garbage incinerating apparatus is provided to incinerate garbage safely without exhausting contamination material by producing gas fuel with pyrolysis of waste organic material, incinerating the garbage at high temperature, and installing ducts over treating units to suck odor and to incinerate the odor in an incinerator. A garbage incinerating apparatus comprises the followings: a collecting tank(11) collecting garbage to be incinerated; a transfer unit connected to the collecting tank, to carry the garbage to an incinerator(18); a metal separator(13) installed in the transfer unit, to separate a metal component in the garbage; a crusher(14) installed in the transfer unit, to crush the garbage; a first and a second dehydrator(15,16) installed in the transfer unit, to dehydrate the garbage completely to a moisture content of less than 10%; a boiler connected to the incinerator, to use heat generated by incinerating the garbage; and an after-treating unit(21,25) to treat incinerated ash and exhaust gas generated from the incinerator. A first to a third duct are installed over the collecting tank and the first and the second dehydrator and connected to the incinerator via a guiding pipe, to incinerate collected air completely at high temperature in the incinerator.
