A fumigation Korean medicine pad and a using method are provided to be attached to any kinds of heating bodies regardless of the kinds of the heating bodies such as an electric heating body or magnetic heating body. A fumigation Korean medicine pad is used by being attached to a heating body or a thermal body, and includes a base(12), an outer cover(14) and a heat accumulating layer(16). The base is attached to the heating body and has a predetermined size. The outer cover is attached to the base and has the same area as the base. The heat accumulating layer is interposed between the base and the outer cover, and accumulates the heat generated from the heating body. The fumigation Korean medicine pad has an embossing structure for absorbing sweat and insulating.
