PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail converter capable of distributing rich content as an e-mail by a simple operation.

SOLUTION: An e-mail conversion server (e-mail converter) 2 is constituted of a template retrieval means 23 for analyzing a title of the e-mail received from an e-mail creation device 1 and retrieving a template preliminarily stored in a storage means 24 and a converted e-mail generation means 25 for generating a converted e-mail by combining the retrieved template and an e-mail text.
