PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the response delay of a speed change operation part due to a hysteresis present between the speed change operation position of the speed change operation part and an operating force on the speed change operation part. SOLUTION: Based on detection by an operating position detecting means 29 and detection by a speed change position detecting means 30, a control means 31 controls the actuation of a speed change operation means A so that the speed change operation part 16A is operated to a speed change operation position corresponding to the operating position of a speed changer 24. If the switching of the speed changer 24 from a speed-increasing operation to a speed-reducing operation is detected according to the detection by the operating position detecting means 29, the actuation of the speed change operation means A is controlled, based on correlation data showing the correlation between an operating force Fa during the speed-increasing operation on the speed change operation position of the speed change operation part 16A, and an operating force Fb during the speed-reducing operation, so that, upon detection of the switching, the operating force F on the current position of the speed change operation part 16A is changed from the operating force Fa during the speed-increasing operation to the operating force Fb during the speed-reducing operation.
