<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and collectively delete all of the personal information distributed to a plurality of distribution destinations. <P>SOLUTION: A deletion application acquisition part 251 acquires biometric information of an applicant, a similarity calculation part 253b calculates similarity of the biometric information of the applicant by using feature quantity extracted from the acquired biometric information of the applicant and that extracted from biometric information of a registrant accumulated in a registered player DB 262, and a similarity determination part 253c compares similarity of the biometric information of the applicant with a predetermined threshold value. When a collation part 253 determines that the applicant is the registrant based on the comparison result, a deletion request transmission part 255 transmits a deletion instruction of registered information of the registrant corresponding to the applicant to the distribution destinations based on information of the distribution destinations.
