<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly divide a metabolism network constituted of a plurality of enzymes into dynamic modules and static modules. <P>SOLUTION: A metabolism network estimation method includes: a step of inputting density time-series data or enzyme activity time-series data obtained with respect to metabolites constituting a metabolism network to be analyzed; and a step of dividing respective enzymes constituting the metabolism network into static modules and dynamic modules by using enzyme activity time-series data calculated from the metabolite density time-series data inputted in the input step or the enzyme activity time-series data inputted in the input step, to optimize an adaptive function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
