PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key scan circuit capable of achieving an information processor that has a function equivalent to a key repeat function and is not required to make a CPU determine the existence or the like of a key continuously depressed for a certain time or more. SOLUTION: The key scan circuit 20 is a circuit having a scan_method_Select register 26 for setting the information for specifying whether the scan form of each key is set at a continuous recognition form or a long press form. When the key where the scan form is specified as the continuous recognition form is continued to be pressed, on pressing the key and whenever a predetermined time passes subsequently, the key scan circuit outputs an interrupt signal swi_lintn. When the key where the scan form is specified as the long press recognition form is continued to be pressed, only on pressing the key and on releasing it, the key scan circuit outputs the interrupt signal swi_lintn.
