PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device capable of satisfactorily moving a movable member such as a lens holding frame supported by a supporting member and also being downsized, and to provide a supporting/driving device, a lens drive module, a camera module and an electronic apparatus with the camera module. SOLUTION: The lens holding frame 8 and the moving means 9 mounted on a base member 10 are disposed in a cover member 5 formed of a metal magnetic material, and the moving means 9 is constituted of one pair of driving devices 16 constituted of: a planar voice coil 17 that is held by the supporting member 20 fixed to the base member 10 while facing the inside surface of the cover member 5; and a planar magnet 18 fixed to the lens holding frame 8 while facing the voice coil 17. An interposing member 21 that can slide in the optical axis direction is interposed between the lens holding frame 8 and the supporting member 20, and the lens holding frame 8 is supported by the supporting member 20 through the interposing member 21 with an attracting force between the magnet 18 and the cover member 5, generated by the magnetic force of the magnet 18.
