PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile meter capable of displaying meters while fully making the most of metallic feeling with a metal dial. SOLUTION: The automobile meter 1 for displaying measurement values in an automobile comprises a metal meter panel 2 for composing at least the periphery of a meter index, and LED arrays 5 (51-54) for irradiating the index with light from a rear side. The index comprises the aggregate of minute holes 211, 251, or the like penetrating the metal meter panel 2, and a number of extremely small holes 200 that are smaller than the minute holes 211, 251, or the like are arranged at the background of the index.
