摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensing element for converting long wave light, such as light in a terahertz band, to an electronic signal, and then outputting, mainly as a video signal, without being affected by fluctuations caused by radiant heat, a manufacturing method therefor, and an imaging device. SOLUTION: A cell section 10 comprises an antenna 142 for producing an electronic signal by receiving an incident radio wave; an electric resistance 12 electrically connected to the antenna, for changing a temperature of the cell section by producing Joule heat in response to the electrical signal; and a thermoelectric conversion element 31 that is electrically connected to a supporting structure wiring portion 111, electrically insulated from the antenna and the electrical resistance, and thermally connected to the electrical resistance, for producing an electronic signal by detecting temperature changes of the cell section, wherein the incident side of a radio wave in the cell section is formed with a material reflecting far infrared rays.
