PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises of a compressor, a fan or the like around a refrigerator. SOLUTION: This refrigerator is provided with the compressor 111, a fan 112 and an air duct for cooling the compressor, a condenser 114, and a fan 115 and an air duct for cooling the condenser. These air ducts for cooling each of them are independently formed. Thereby, not a high temperature air after heat-exchanged with the condenser for cooling the compressor 111 but a low temperature air can be utilized, and an amount of cooling air can be reduced. Accordingly, propagation of noises to the periphery of the refrigerator can be reduced by reducing the rotation numbers of the fan and an area of a ventilation opening part, and noises around the refrigerator can be reduced.
