PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leak of lubricant from an oil supply pipe without sacrificing supply time of lubricant to a housing. SOLUTION: The swing device comprises the housing 2 storing a reduction gear mechanically connected with a rotating motor; the cylindrical oil supply pipe 3 protruded from the housing 3; a cap 7 provided detachably to the terminal end of the pipe 3 to open and close an oil supply port 5 formed at the terminal end of the pipe 3; and a means for preventing lubricant scattering from the housing 2 toward the pipe 3 from reaching the oil supply port 5. The means is disposed within the housing 2, and composed of a disk-like elastic body 8 of a size capable of perfectly covering an opening 6 of the pipe to the housing 2, which can be inserted to the pipe 3 in a deformed state.
