PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder for bolts, and a delivery method that can prevent a coating agent from being exfoliated from a metal surface. SOLUTION: The parts feeder for bolts, and the delivery method for delivering bolts using the parts feeder are provided for delivering a headed bolt 1 with the coating agent 7 applied to an external thread part 4. A tip part 27 of a feed chute 20 is arranged near a bottom face 12 of a bowl 9, and the outer peripheral part of the bowl 9 is provided with a hanging attitude converting part 35 locking a head 3 of the bolt 1 to convert a shank 2 of the bolt into a hanging attitude, and a parallel rail 38 continuous with the hanging attitude converting part 35 and transferring the bolt 1 in the hanging state.
