PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling method capable of surely peeling a laminated sheet formed of several attached sheets without damaging it, and to provide a peeling device for the same. SOLUTION: The peeling method of peeling a laminated sheet consists of a first process for positioning and holding the laminated sheet 8 formed of several attached sheets by placing it on a support base 9, a second process for peeling up a surface layer sheet 8a by making an adhesive roller 10 abut on a corner part of the laminated sheet 8, and a third process for peeling the surface layer sheet 8a from the whole surface of the laminated sheet 8 by moving, while holding, the peeled-up surface layer sheet 8a. In the second process, the surface layer sheet 8a of the corner part is peeled up by moving the adhesive roller 10 inward from the corner part nearly along the diagonal line of the laminated sheet 8.
