PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web winding machine capable of cutting a web at an optional position and winding a rolled product into satisfactory appearance without causing vibration. SOLUTION: In this web winding machine for supplying a paper tube c into a winding space surrounded by a first winding roll 10, a second winding roll 20, and a third winding roll 30 and winding the continuous web W by rotating the paper tube c in the winding space, the first winding roll 10 is a roll for winding the web W around a part of the outer periphery of the roll and supplying the web W to the paper tube c, a fourth roll 40 is arranged at a position close to a winding part of the web W in the first winding roll 10, and a moving means for moving the fourth roll 40 between a contact position where it comes into contact with the web W at the outer periphery of the first roll 10 and a retreated position apart from the contact position is provided. Rotating speed of a surface of the fourth roll 40 is higher than rotating speed of a surface of the first winding roll 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
