PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head in which electrode terminals of a multilayer ceramic substrate hard to obtain a dimensional accuracy and a liquid ejection substrate are surely joined to each other. SOLUTION: Pads are arranged unequally at longitudinal both ends of a chip. A pad arrangement of the chip is subject to constrains on a circuit and a space, and therefore a wiring line cannot be drawn within the chip at an end with a fewer number of pads.
