PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece processing machine with a small and space-saved workpiece transferring device for quickly transferring an unprocessed workpiece in a processing area, and quickly transferring a processed workpiece from the processing area. SOLUTION: This workpiece processing machine is equipped with a workpiece transferring device 1 comprising first transfer means 12 taking out an unprocessed workpiece wb from a stocker 15 and accommodating a processed workpiece wa in the stoker 15, a workpiece stand-by part 17 giving and receiving the workpieces wa, wb between it and the first transfer means 12, second transfer means 18 moving the workpiece stand-by part 17 forward and backward, third transfer means 111 with two chucks 110a, 110b, posture change means for changing postures of the two chucks 110a, 110b and an elevating mechanism for elevating the workpieces wa, wb, and a machine body 10 for arranging the stoker 15, the first transfer means 12, the workpiece stand-by part 17, the second transfer means 18 and the third transfer means 11 above the workpiece processing machine 2.
