PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a powder compact having foot parts from a lower punch without generating a breakage at the roots of the foot parts. SOLUTION: The powder compact 6 having the foot parts 6a is pressure-molded by using a die 1, an upper punch 2, a lower 1 punch 3, and a lower 2 punch 4; and the powder compact 6 is then taken out from the die 1 by lowering the die 1 and the lower 1 punch 3. Support members 5 are inserted between the powder compact 6 in a state of being held by the upper punch 2 and the lower 2 punch 4, and the lower 1 punch 3. Then, the lower 2 punch 4 is lowered to place the powder compact 6 on the support members 5, and the powder compact 6 is thereafter taken out with the support members 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
