PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking out balls capable of eliminating clamping of a ball between the upper end opening edge of a ball storage cylinder and the entrance side end part edge of a cover plate and continuously taking them out. SOLUTION: To a rotary plate 12 arranged at the bottom part of a hopper 11, a bottom plate 15 provided with the plurality of ball storage cylinders 14 where one ball A inside the hopper 11 falls into is fixed and disposed. A ball take-out port 16 for discharging a game ball A inside the ball storage cylinder 14 every time of facing right above is provided on a part of the bottom plate 15, and the cover plate 19 for covering the upper part of the ball storage cylinder 14 is disposed at a position above the ball take-out port 16 of the bottom plate 15 at the upper part of the rotary plate 12 inside the hopper 11 so that the ball A does not directly fall into the ball storage cylinder 14. The part on the ball entrance side of the cover plate 19 is turned to a movable lid 23 to be opened upwards by being pushed by the ball A to release the ball when clamping the ball A with the turning ball storage cylinder 14.
