The unit (41) has a friction clutch (55) for transmission of torque between an inner housing and an output shaft. A hydraulic pump (65) is driven by a relative rotation of the housing and the shaft to suck hydraulic fluid from a sump (71). A pressure chamber (63) is connected with the sump. An outlet channel (73) and a drainage borehole (81) are formed between the chamber and the sump to effuse the fluid from the chamber into the sump and have a progression aligned radially outwards or parallel to a rotational axis in a central area with respect to a flow direction of the fluid and the axis.
