An advertisement panel using a multi-light guide plate is provided to use in various places by selectively using a transparent light guide plate and a both-sided light guide plate. An advertisement panel(100) using a multi-light guide plate comprises a plurality of light emitting substrates(110) made of soft material, a transparent light guide plate(120), a both-sided light guide plate, and a controlling part(140). The light emitting substrate is installed in a part of inside the transparent light guide plate and along an inside edge of the both-sided light guide plate for emitting the light through the transparent inside. The light is reflected and refracted for an advertised material(122) positioned inside the transparent light guide plate, and reflected to both sides of the both-sided light guide plate. The controlling part electrically connects the light emitting substrate and flickers selectively.
