A preparation method of a food preservative is provided to prevent food poisoning by the deodorizing, antifungal and sterilizing effects of propolis. A preparation method of a food preservative comprises the steps of: (S10) putting propolis solids collected from a honeycomb into a freezer, and freezing them at low temperature; (S20) grinding the frozen propolis solids with a grinder; (S30) adding 70% ethanol to the grinded propolis solids, and stirring the mixture at 40°C to melt the solids; (S40) stirring the propolis solution at 60°C to volatilize alcohol; (S50) air-drying the propolis solution of which the alcohol has been removed at 40°C to solidify the solution; and (S60) filling a packing bag with the powdered propolis, and then sealing the bag. |
