<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music data delivery system in which advertising data due to a number of commercial sponsors can be easily added to a number of music data and can be delivered. <P>SOLUTION: An advertising data adding means 12 within a music data delivery server 1 extracts corresponding music data from a music data database 10 when a download request of the music data is received from a mobile terminal 2. Further, the advertising data adding means 12 extracts advertising data from an advertising data database 11 based on a selection frequency coefficient added by a selection frequency coefficient adding means 13 and adds the advertising data to the music data. The music data added with the advertising data are transmitted from a transmission means 14 to the mobile terminal 2. The mobile terminal 2 allocates the downloaded music data to a call arrival tone.
