<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The backlight unit is provided with a plurality of light-emitting element parts 110, a pair or more of a first substrate 101 as well as a second substrate 102 on which each of the plurality of light-emitting element parts 110 is mounted, a first fixed pattern 120 formed in an area at one side of the first substrate 101, a second fixed pattern 130 formed in an area at one side of the second substrate 102 so as to be overlapped with the first fixed pattern 120, a container member 200 for containing the first and the second substrates 101, 102, and a first fixing member 160 formed at an area adjacent to the first fixed pattern 120 and the second fixed pattern 130 so as to fix either the first substrate 101 or the second substrate 102 to the container member 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
