<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for providing an electronic form whose entry is efficiently possible, and a computer program and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic form providing system 1 is configured by connecting, through a network, an electronic form management server device 300 which accepts an electronic form file acquisition request from information processing terminal equipment 100, and returns an electronic form file 391 configured of form selection screen data including form page specification information and form page data associated with the form page specification information and information processing terminal equipment 100 which issues an electronic form file acquisition request to an electronic form management server device, and receives an electronic form file, and displays the form selection screen data included in this, and accepts the form page specification information, and refers to the form page data by using this, and selects the corresponding form page data, and displays the form screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
