PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wraparound path canceler which cancels a sneak path caused by coupling between transmitting/receiving antennas and equalizes the distortion caused by a multi-path, in an environment where a multi-path component with a reduced delay time difference from a main wave is present on a high-order station signal propagation path, and to provide a repeater which properly and stably relays the high-order station signal that uses the same. SOLUTION: When a filter coefficient control unit 10 generates the filter coefficient of an FFF 202, an LPF means 14 extracts the low-frequency component of channel response and generates a channel response, containing only the transmission line characteristics. The filter coefficient of the FFF 202 is generated from the channel response, containing only the transmission line characteristics for the high-order station signal by an FFT window position correcting means 21, an equalization residual calculating means 22, an IFFT means 23, a multiplication means 24, an addition means 25 and a delay means 26. Thus, in an environment, where the multi-path component present on the propagation path from a high-order station, distortions due to multi-path can be equalized by the FFF 202.
