PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal allowing data used for a group communication to be deleted, a server, a communication system, and a group communication method. SOLUTION: When a member communication terminal stands in a communication disabled state at a delete-requested timing by a host and then a communication disabled time delete period lapses after the member communication terminal is in the communication disabled state, a PTT server 2 and the member communication terminal automatically delete data used for a secret PTT communication.
