PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal position adjustment structure capable of performing highly accurate pedal position adjustment while with excellent workability of adjustment work when performing pedal position adjustment. SOLUTION: A pedal position adjustment unit 8 is attached to a pedal lever 22 of a clutch pedal. The pedal position adjustment unit 8 comprises locking arms 82 to be in a release posture when a lock ring 83 is in a backward position and to be in a locking posture when the lock ring 83 is in a forward position. Moreover, the lock ring 83 is provided by a coil spring 84 with biasing force toward the forward position. A relative position of the clutch pedal to a push rod 33 is adjusted while the lock ring 83 is locked in the backward position, and then, the lock ring 83 is unlocked to be in the forward position, and the locking arms are put into the locking posture to be locked to a peripheral surface of the push rod 33.
