PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking mechanism for a screw prevented from being loosened against any vibration after tightening a tightening member, for the purpose of solving an individual disadvantage, because various practical and inventive female screw bodies are not enough to prevent the loosening, although those exist as ones for preventing the tightening member tightened by the female screw from being loosened. SOLUTION: This locking mechanism for the screw is constituted by combining the female screw body X and the female screw body Y to be penetrated through a male screw body A, by the female screw body Y provided with a slit 20 with a divided protrusion part 17 having a tapered 18 side wall of an outer shape part 16 for forming one screw part 15, while fastened faced to a recess 7 of the female screw body X with the recess 7 provided in a side wall of an outer shape part 6 for forming one more screw part 5, by a taper 8, in the male screw body A where the male screw body A is penetrated through the tightening member G, in Fig 1.
