PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure more accurately, though the space of an infrared receiving device mounted on a lower part is very narrow. SOLUTION: A rubber tube is attached to an infrared LED so as to reduce a diffusion angle of light from the infrared LED, and a pendulum shaft can be swung excellently by using a kite string and a cord.
