摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring deflection of a measuring object capable of measuring directly deflection of a hollow and cylindrical measuring object such as a photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: A chuck means 2 has halved cylindrical pawl parts 2a, and each circular outer periphery 2c of the pawl parts 2a is formed in a complete round shape with a tapered tip, and the center part 2b is hollow. An unillustrated enlarging means by an air pressure or with a wedge shape is inserted into the hollow center part 2b, and the pawl parts 2a are mounted openably/closably and movably in the radial direction (arrow D direction) by enlarging action by the enlarging means. Hereby, when the pawl parts 2a of the chuck means 2 are inserted into both inner circumferences of a work 1 and the pawl parts 2a are enlarged, each section on both ends of the work 1 having a distorted shape is deformed and reformed into an approximately complete round shape along the outer circumferential shape of the pawl parts 2a, and thereby the work 1 is held by the chuck part.
