PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve and an oil control device, capable of attaining prevention of biting of foreign matter and basic performances of the valve. SOLUTION: The control valve comprises a supplied port 6 bored in a housing 2 to supply oil and a plurality of supply and discharge ports supplying and discharging oil; a spool 12 inserted to the housing 2 and slid to thereby control the supply and discharge quantity of oil; a plunger 35 sliding the spool 12; and a filter member having a size of opening part of 1/2 or more of the width of a passage 3 formed by the housing 2 and the spool 12, and attached to at least either one of the supplied port 6 and the plurality of supply and discharge ports.
